  MATTHEW S. BURNWORTH
  
    Matthew Scott Burnworth, three months, of Philadelphia, died June
  17, 1981, in Philadelphia.
    He was born March 17, 1981, in Philadelphia, a son of Scott and
  Carol (Maher) Burnworth.  Also survived by a brother, James Wade, and
  a sister, Michelle Marie, both at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and
  Mrs. Wade Burnworth of Confluence; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Glenna
  Wyatt of Canton, Ohio; and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Mildred
  Griffith, also of Canton, Ohio.
    Graveside services were held at the Johnson Chapel Cemetery,
  Salvation Army Lt. Ronald Lee officiating.  Arrangements were in
  charge of Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence.
