  BURNWORTH
  
  Violet R. Burnworth, 53, of Mill Run RD 1, died Feb. 19, 1978 in the
  Connellsville State Hospital.  She was born Aug. 24, 1924, the
  daughter of the late Ellis and Katherine (Henning) Tressler.  She is
  survived by one daughter, Mrs. Portia Mae Burnsworth of Mill Run RD
  1; and two sons, Nelson Jr. of Farmington RD 2; James Elliott of
  Somerset RD 6; and nine grandchildren.  The following brother and
  sisters: Carl Tressler of New Castle; Mrs. Goldie Gallagher of
  California; Mrs. Irene Burnworth of Youngstown, Ohio; and Mrs. Pearl
  Tissue, of Dunbar.  Friends are being received at the Humbert Funeral
  Home in Confluence until noon on Tuesday at which time she will be
  removed to the Maple Summit Church.  She will lie in state there from
  1 to 2 p.m., time of the service, with the Rev. Harvey Rugg
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.
