  ROY E. BUTLER SR.
  
    Roy E. Butler Sr., 57, of 739 Main Street, Berlin, died Oct. 19,
  1975, in Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born July 5, 1918, in
  Salisbury, he was a son of William F. and Lucinda (Ringer) Butler. 
  He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother in infancy.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Dorothy Vendora Klink; his
  father of Berlin; and these children:  Roy Jr., William F. II, and
  Kathryn, all of Berlin; also three grandchildren; a brother, Paul E.,
  of Meyersdale RD 4; and three sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Etta) Ferner,
  Berlin; Mrs. Roy (Violet) Saylor, Meyersdale; and Mrs. Hamilton
  (Mabel) Pyle, Somerset RD 3.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Johnson and Son
  Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. Owen Preston officiating.  Interment
  in St. Paul Cemetery.
