    William K. Buttlar, 77, of Somerset died March 12, 1997, at Siemon
  Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born Jan. 7, 1920, in Pittsburgh, son of the
  late Henry J. and Ada M. (Eltringham) Buttler.  He had 6 sisters and
  1 brother.  Husband of Edith E. (Erickson) Buttlar.  Father of
  William L., Denver, Colo.; Glen A., Pittsburgh, and Diane R. Meager,
  Somerset; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Retired police
  sergeant of Upper St. Clair Township.  World War II Navy veteran. 
  Member of Somerset American Legion Post 181.  Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Jay E.
  Shaffer, officiating.  Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Assoc.
