  BYERS
  
  Laura (Peters) Byers, 84, of Pittsburgh died June 11, 1986, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 17, 1901, in Pittsburgh,
  daughter of the late James and Mary (Beiber) Peters.  Preceded in
  death by husband, Kramer H. Byers; and daughter, Ruth Byers of
  Somerset.  Survived by sister, Edna Peters of Pittsburgh; two
  granddaughters, Ruth Byers of Pittsburgh; and Nancy Lahman; and one
  great grandchild.  She was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church,
  Pittsburgh.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m Thursday and 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Friday at the Readshaw Funeral Home, 1503 Brownsville Road,
  South Hills, Pittsburgh, where services will be held at 10 a.m.
  Saturday, the Rev. Douglas Rehberg officiating.  Burial will follow
  at South Side Cemetery.
