  MRS. GRACE C. BYRNE
  
  Mrs. Grace C. Byrne, 73, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of Garrett, died
  Friday, Feb. 25, in Baltimore.  She was born in Garrett, a daughter of
  the late Frank and Anna (Hoose) Phennicie.
    She is survived by three sons:  Joseph T. of Indianapolis, Ind.;
  Edward J. of Albany, N.Y., and Thomas J. of Wake Forest, N.C.; three
  brothers and three sisters:  Lee Phennicie of Meyersdale; Harry of
  Brownsville; Clay M. of Garrett; Mrs. Pearl Rauch of Orlando, Fla.;
  Mrs. Claire B. Parr of Baltimore; and Miss Anna Phennicie of Garrett
  and by five grandchildren.
    The body was brought to the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale where
  friends were received Monday evening.  Graveside service was held at
  10:30 Tuesday in Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
