  Ethel Frances Caldwell, 76, New Florence RD 1, died Jan. 26, 1983, at Lee
  Hospital.
  She was born Jan. 25, 1907, in West Salisbury, daughter of late Charles and
  Bessie (Johnson) Krouse. She was preceded in death by husband, James H.; only
  brother and four sisters.
  She is survived by the children: James L., married former Margie Garlan[?],
  New Florence RD 1; Dallas married to former Margan[?] Barberich, Seward RD 1;
  and George, married to former Mary Ann Chesla, and Lewis, both of New Florence
  RD 1; also seven grandchildren a four great-grandchildren. She was the sister
  of David Krouse, New Florence RD 1; John Krouse, Citra, Fla.; Rose Felix,
  Johnstown; and Charlotte Allhouse, Bolivar.
  She was a member of New Florence United Methodist Church.
  Friends were received at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, where
  services were held with the Rev. Arthur T. Moffat officiating. Interment,
  Fairfield Cemetery.
