Caler, Sarah

  Mrs. Sarah Caler formerly of near Deal, but in more recent years living in 
Pittsburgh, with Mrs. Louis Smith died of infirmities of old age on Friday Feb. 
27, aged 79 years, 1 month and 3 days. Her remains were brought to Deal on the 
W. M. R. on Saturday and interment was made in the White Oak Cemetery on Sunday 
when Rev. E. S. Johnson of Salisbury officiated. Mrs. Caler is survived by the 
following children: Edwin A., of Pittsburgh; Geo. W. and Mrs. Clara Miller, of 
Deal; and Mrs. John Deal, of Humbert. On the same day on which Mrs. Caler died 
her brother, Samuel Wilhelm, of Listonburg, died from the usual infirmities of 
old age and had passed beyond the fourscore - 87 years. His burial took place at 
Addison on Monday.
