Campbell, 87, of Confluence RD 3, died Nov. 16, 1993, at Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg. Born June 4, 1906, in McKeesport, a son of the late Sam and Margaret Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Bessie I. (Younkin) Campbell; three daughters: Sara Jane Rishel of Markleysburg, Beverly Frazee of Friendsville, Md., and Harriett Holliday of Confluence; three stepchildren: Alice Morgan and Betty Reckner, both of Confluence, and Richard Smith of Latrobe. Also 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Confluence VFW Post 7250 and the Latrobe American Legion. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Thomas Charles officiating.
