  William T. Capps, of Riverdale, Md., died Tuesday, May 18, 2004.
  Bill was married to Lucille Seibert Capps, formerly of Meyersdale.  He was
  the father of Donald C. and William Capps and the late Robert E. Capps.  He
  was a brother of George B. Capps and the late Lewis Capps. He was
  grandfather of six and great-grandfather of five.
  Bill worked at the New Germany CCC Camp and was a member of the Somerset
  National Guard before moving to the Washington, D.C. area where he worked
  for the U.S. Government and later drove for the Diamond Cab Co.  Bill
  belonged to the Bowie, Md. chapter of the Knights of Harmony barbership
  quartet.
