  ROBERT C. CARDER
  
  Robert C. Carder, 88, died September 18, 1983 at Sacred Heart Hospital,
  Cumberland, Maryland.
  He was born in Glencoe, and was a son of the late James B. Carder and Nancy
  (Robison) Carder. His wife was the late Virginia (Long) Carder.
  He was a retired coal miner.
  He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Doris Imes, with whom he resided;
  Mrs. Ruth Bishields, Mount Savage, Md.; Mrs. Mary Watkins, Frostburg,
  Maryland; Mrs. Lillian Koenig, Avella; one son, William E. Carder,
  Cumberland; a brother, Alvin Carder, address unknown; 19 grandchildren and 19
  great-grandchildren.
  Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, where services
  were conducted Tuesday 10 a.m. by Father John Pratt. Interment will be in
  Frostburg Memorial Park.
  Pallbearers were George Bishields, Bill Watkins, Stanley Watkins, Wayne
  Porter, Gary Porter and Bob Porter.
