RUTH CARDER

Sudden Death of Ruth Carder Saddened Community

  GLENCOE, May 22 - Ruth Carder, age 35, daughter of Eli Carder, passed away in 
the Community Hospital, Somerset, Friday, May 18, after a very brief illness.  
She is survived by her father, one brother, William, at home and three sisters, 
Mrs. Cynthia Martz, Glencoe R.D.; Mrs. Millard Bittner, and Mrs. Mrs. Solomon 
Bittner, Fairhope.  Funeral services were held at the Johnson Funeral Home, 
Berlin, Sunday at 3:45, Rev. J. E. Gindlesperger officiating.  Interment in the 
Cameron Cemetery.  A number of friends from this community attended the service 
in Berlin.
  Ruth had many friends in this village and often visited here.  Her sudden 
death was a shock to the community.
