  Emma A. Cardone, 88, Windber, formerly of Grenada Hills, Calif., died Oct. 12,
  2006, at Beverly Health Care, Richland Township. Born July 20, 1918, in Mine
  37, daughter of the late Charles and Goetlieba Younga. Also preceded in death
  by husband, Cosam; son, Albert "Pete" Cardone; sisters, Minna Younga and Anna
  Ziegler; and brothers, August, Charles, Otto and Fritz Younga. Survived by
  children, Ronald, and Betty "Chi-Chi" Campbell and her friend Jerry Berkey, all
  of Windber; Virginina "Ginny", wife of Dick Evans, Lakewood, Colo.; and Emily,
  wife of Andrew Glass, Woodland Park, Colo. Also numerous grandchildren and
  great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also survived by brothers-in-law,
  John (Julie) Cardone and Jack Cardone, Windber; and sisters-in-law, Millie Reo,
  Denver; Delores (Ray) Costlow, Grenadad Hills, Calif.; and Agnes Cardone,
  Palmdale, Calif. Member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Windber. There will be
  no local viewing or visitation. Services will be held Tuesday in California.
