  Grace Irene Carey, 88, Rockwood, died March 25, 2006, at Meadow View Nursing
  Center, Berlin. Born July 9, 1917, in Somerset, the daughter of Roy Henry and
  May Augusta (Beck) Shaulis. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Hubert
  Aloysius "Bill" Carey, who died May 22, 1997; a brother, Luther J. Shaulis Sr.;
  and sisters, Garnet and Gladys Shaulis, and Mary Barron. Survived by brother,
  Clyde H. Shaulis, sisters, Mrs. Ruby Rock and Mrs. Goldie Ohler, all of
  Somerset, and numerous nieces and nephews. A 1936 graduate of Somerset High
  School. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She had worked as a dietician and in
  the business office for Somerset Area Schools until her retirement. She was also
  a member of PSEA. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday,
  at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted
  at 11 a.m., Wednesday. Pastor Linda J. McElroy officiating. Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park. Contributions can be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church,
  918 Tayman Ave., Somerset, Humane Society, P.O. Box 182, Somerset, or the
