  CARLIN
  
  James Harold Carlin, 79, Fairfax, Va. died March 5, 2001 in Fairfax.  Born
  Oct. 26, 1921 in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Boyds, Md.  A son of the late
  William M. and Virgie (Beall) Carlin.  Survived by his wife the former Lucille
  Weimer, and five children: Linda Nalls, Joyce Carlin, Craig Carlin, Paul
  Carlin, and Mary Carlin, all of Fairfax.  Also survived by seven
  grandchildren: Brian, Kyle, Steven, Jessica, William, Jeremy, and Timothy.  A
  brother of Leon Carlin, Boyds, Md., and Jean Easter, Miami, Fla.  A member of
  St. Leo's Catholic Church, Fairfax.  Employed by Jim McKay Chevrolet in
  Fairfax for the past 35 years as comptroller.  A funeral mass will be
  celebrated at St. Leo's Catholic Church on Thursday.  Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
  Committal service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at White Oak
  Cemetery, (Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church) Meyersdale with the Rev. Donald W.
  Dusza officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to St. Leo's
  Catholic Church Building Fund, 3700 Old Lee. Highway, Fairfax, Va. 22030.
