  CAROLLA
  
  Raymond J. Carolla, 75, of Munhall, formerly of Hays and Seven Springs, died
  April 17, 1998 at Homestead Center, Homestead.  Born, Feb. 22, 1923, in Hays,
  he was the son of Anthony and Lucy (Mazzarella) Carolla.  Survivors include
  nephews, Robert Douglas, West Mifflin, and Bernie Murdock, West Homestead;
  brother, Peter Carolla, Munhall; and niece Sharman Walters.  He was retired
  operating engineer for the local union No. 66 and worked for the Seven
  Springs ski patrol and the Jannette Vending Co.  Served in the Army from 1943
  to 1945.  Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Tuesday at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home Inc.  Funeral services will be
  held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 408 Baldwin
  Road, Pittsburgh, with Rev. J. David Crowley officiating.  Interment, Jefferson
  Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
