    Josephine G. (Biasella) Carosello, 96, Somerset, formerly of Jerome, died Oct. 18,
  2007, at The Patriot. Born April 23, 1911, in Windber, the daughter of Paul and Mary
  (Calabrese) Biasella. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Fidele "Lafe" Nov. 8, 1961;
  sisters, Sundie McCuch and Edith Bell (Biasella); and brothers, James Bell (Biasella) and
  Albert Biasella. Survived by sisters, Albina Venzon, widow of John "Pope" Venzon and
  Thressa Kaisner, widow of John Kaisner, both of Windber; and Isadora "Izzy", married to
  Adam Calderone, Boswell. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Saint
  Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville and the Abruzzi Lodge, Windber. Past employee of the
  former Conzatti's Restaurant and Green Gables Restaurant. "Joe" will be greatly missed by
  her family, especially her sister, "Izzy". Viewing from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased
  will be held Sunday afternoon. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday at Saint Anne Catholic
  Church. The Rev. Father Michael Lewandowski, OFM, Conv., celebrant. Committal, Saint
  Anthony Cemetery, Windber. Memorials may be given to "In Touch" Hospice, 223 South
