  Ada E. (Garbutt) Carroll, 94, of Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset,
  formerly of Boswell RD 2, died Jan. 19, 1995, at Somerset Hospital.  Born
  Oct. 27, 1900, in Latrobe.  Daughter of John and Clara (Dovey) Garbutt.
  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Harry T. in 1951; granddaughter
  Sandra Shaulis; great-grandson, Kenneth Roberts; brothers Alfred and Jesse;
  daughter-in-law Louise Carroll.  Survived by these children: Harry T. "Bud",
  married to Elaine (Forespring) Sheftic, Jennerstown; and Ada E. "Sis",
  widow of Lloyd Rhodes, Boswell RD 2; six grandchildren, 15
  great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.  Retired employee of
  the former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny
  Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.  The Rev.
  Michael A. Dunlap officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
