(Tweety) Carter, 71, of Beaver Falls, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 1989, in The Medical Center, Beaver. Born Jan. 20, 1918, in Garrett, a son of the late George and Carrie Christner Carter, he was a resident of Beaver Falls for 39 years. He was employed as a steel worker in the Babcock & Wilcox Company for 36 years, and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, the Masons, and the Scottish Rights. He was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Carter, and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Ruth) Hall and Leona Carter. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Natalo; a son, David Carter, Darlington; two daughters, Beverly Williams, Erie; and Mrs. Warren (Linda) Dietz, New Middletown, Ohio; three grandchildren, Brian David Carter, Los Angeles, Calif.; Christan Lynn Carter, Darlington; and Bret John Byers, Chicago, Ill.; a great-granddaughter, Marlana Nicole Carter, Los Angeles, Calif.; a brother, William Carter, Beaver Falls; and a sister, Mrs. Darrell (Charlotte) Zeller, Frostburg, Md. Friends were received in Lutton Chippewa Funeral Home Ltd., 1117 Fifth Ave., Beaver Falls. Services were conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church by the Rev. T. Pearson.
