Cartwright, a former aged resident of Somerset, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Crouse, of Philadelphia. Her husband passed away at Somerset three years ago, after which Mrs. Cartwright went to Philadelphia to make her home. Her body was brought to Somerset on Wednesday and was taken to the home of another daughter, Mrs. Irvin V. Lambert of Gray, by Brooks & Hauger, Somerset funeral directors. Funeral services will be conducted at the Lambert home Friday at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. Hoover, M.E. pastor at Somerset. Interment will be made in the Husband Cemetery. Mrs. Cartwright was born at Wigam, England, 72 years ago. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. G. B. Forsythe, Akron, O.; W. J. Cartwright, Perryopolis, Pa; M. E. Cartwright, Lansing, Mich.; Mrs. B. E. Allin, Bessemer City, N.C.; Mrs. I. V. Lambert, Somerset; Mrs. J. C. Crouse, Philadelphia. She also leaves 12 grandchildren. Meyersdale Republican, June 26, 1930
