  CASEY
  
  Bertha V. Casey, 90, formerly of Somerset, died Feb. 1, 1987, in
  Finleyville.  Born Jan. 26, 1897, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of the
  late Samuel S. and Annie (Carney) Varner.  Also preceded in death by her
  husband, John E.; grandson, Sean; and a sister, Alice Varner Picking.  She
  is survived by a son, Samuel, of Pittsburgh; and a granddaughter, Kerry
  Jane Casey.  Graveside services and interment Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the
  Somerset County Memorial Park, the Rev. Charles Olson officiating.  In lieu
  of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to the March of Dimes.
  Arrangements under the direction of the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
