  ROBERT LEE CASTEEL
  
  Robert Lee Casteel, 32, of RD 1, Hyndman, died Sept. 30, 1988 in an
  automobile accident.
  He was born Jan. 5, 1956 in Cumberland, Md., son of Shelby (Rouch) Casteel
  Sirbaugh, RD 1, Hyndman, and the late Raymond E. Casteel.
  He was employed at the Allegany Ballistics Laboratory; was a member of the
  Barrelville Outdoor Club and a former member of the Bedford Road Volunteer
  Fire Company.
  Besides his mother, he is survived by one daughter Jennifer Casteel,
  LaVale, Md.; two brothers, Kenneth W. Casteel, Finzel, Md.; and John R.
  Bull, Silver Spring, Md.  and one sister, Tina McKenzie, Cumberland, Md.
  The Silcox-Merritt Funeral Residence was in charge of arrangements.
