  MRS. C. S. CATHERMAN SR.
  
  Mrs. Marie H. Catherman, 46, of 825 Windsor Road, Cumberland, died Feb. 21,
  1974, in Memorial Hospital.  Born in Garrett, she was a daughter of Mrs.
  Ollie (Johnson) Burkholder, Garrett, and the late Lawrence J. Burkholder.
  Her husband, Charles S. Catherman Sr., preceded her in death.
  Mrs. Catherman was formerly employed as an instructor at Catherman's
  Business School.  She also was a member of the Cumberland Bible Church.
  Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a stepson, Charles S. Catherman
  Jr., Cumberland; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Tom M. Hadsell, Tops Field, Mass.; a
  sister, Mrs. Irene Atwell, Hyndman; and a brother, Eugene L. Burkholder,
  North Ridgeville, Ohio.
  Funeral service was conducted Saturday afternoon in Silcox-Merritt Funeral
  Residence, Cumberland, with interment in Hillcrest Burial Park.
