Born Feb. 23, 1938, in Morgantown, W.Va., daughter of Hubert and Kathryn (Rossi) Duley. Preceded in death by parents and a brother, George Duley. Survived by her loving husband, William Caton, Somerset. She was the beloved mother of: Diana "Annie" Smallwood, Uniontown; James A. "Sammy" Smallwood, Uniontown; Deborah Lee Smallwood, Belton, Mo.; Brenda Burncheck and husband, Ted, West Leisenring; William Rodney Smallwood, Fairchance; David Gearing and wife, Kathy, New Kensington; Daniel Gearing and wife, Candi, Mount Pleasant and beloved step-mother of William J. Caton, Plainfield, Ill.; Ruth Hutzell, Fairhope; Roger Caton, Berlin; Edward Caton, Schellsburg and Alfred Caton, Berlin. Left to cherish her memory are 19 grandchildren and three great-grand-children, also her brothers and sisters, Ruthann Rhodheaver and husband, Ed, Uniontown; Dorothy Crislip and husband, Joel, Waynesburg, Ohio; Alfred Duley and wife, Helen, Fairchance; Clarence Duley and wife, Diane, Cleveland, Ohio; Melvin Duley and wife, May, Uniontown; Jimmy Duley, Cleveland, Ohio and Roberta Seese and husband, Wendell, Markleysburg. Delphia was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Somerset Branch. She was a homemaker all of her life, enjoyed her children, grandchildren, fishing, working puzzles and gardening. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and on Tuesday until the hour of service at 11 a.m. in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., a Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown. Interment, Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
