Born May 5, 1930, in Rockingham, the son of Joseph and Rose (Cermel) Cebron. Preceded in death by parents; beloved wife, Jackie; sister, Sally; brothers, Harry, Joe and Ed; and two infant sisters, Angeline and Mary. Survived by daughters, Tommie Ann Lussier, Highgate, Vt.; Lisa Rose, wife of Alan Pelletier, Templeton, Mass.; grandchildren, Matthew Lussier, Burlington, Vt.; Renee (Pelletier) Elwood and husband, Jason, Highgate, Vt.; Ryan Pelletier, Templeton, Mass; and a number of nieces and nephews. Brother of Rose Fuessler, Alice Lawson and Josephine Marquis. Ralph retired from the Air force as a technical staff sergeant after serving his country fro 20 years. He had various tours of duty, which included Greenland, South America, France, Spain and Vietnam. It was during this time that he met and married his loving wife of 41 years, Violet Jacqueline (Warner) Cebron. He retired to St. Albans, Vt., where he continued to raise his family. He was employed as a Franklin County sheriff and a corrections officer at Northwest Correctional Facility. He retired for the second time after serving 20 years as an immigration officer with U.S. Customs. Ralph moved to Central City in 1197, where he was very active in the community . He was proud to be a lifetime member of the American Legion and VFW, of which he served on the board. He was president of the Shade-Central City Lions Club, served on the Central City Water Authority and was a borough council member. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held Friday evening. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady Queen Of Angels Chapel. The Rev. Father Joseph Maurizio officiating. Committal Richland Cemetery. Graveside military rites by Central City American Legion Post. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Ralph's memory.
