  HOMER E. CECIL
  
  Homer E. Cecil, 66, died Monday, Sept. 13, 1982 at Daytona Beach, Fla.
  He was born in Cresaptown on July 18, 1916, and a son of the late Bernard
  E. Cecil and Mary V. (Hite) Cecil.
  He moved to Florida in 1978 from Newark, Ohio, where he worked as a
  landscaper. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
  He is survived by his widow, Grethel (Harmon) Cecil; one daughter, Barbara
  Cecil, Port Orange, Fla.; two sons, Larry Cecil, also of Port Orange, and
  Jerry Cecil, Dayton Beach; one sister, Helen Winkler, Cresaptown; three
  brothers, Joseph Cecil, Fremont, Ohio, Carl Cecil and Howard Cecil, both of
  Cresaptown, and three grandchildren.
  Services were conducted Sept. 16, at the Cardwell Funeral Home by the Rev.
  Don Powell.  Interment was in Cedar Hill Memory Gardens.
