ELSIE CHANEY

  Mrs. Elsie Amanda (Kesler) Chaney of Ft. Hill died Saturday evening, Nov. 16, 
in the Price Hospital, Confluence.  She was 25 years old.  Born Oct. 20, 1921, 
at Ft. Hill, she was a daughter of Grover C. and Cordie (Hechler) Kesler.
  Surviving are her parents, her husband, Howard Edward Chaney, and an infant 
son, Edward M. Chaney.  She was a sister of Mrs. Mary Koontz and Morris Kesler, 
both of Confluence, and a half-sister of Charles Kesler of Confluence, and James 
E. Leslie and Mrs. Leah Lytle, both of Fort Hill.
  Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Kingwood Church of God 
with Rev. Coffman officiating.  Burial was made in the Kingwood IOOF Cemetery 
under the direction of Price & Son, Meyersdale morticians.
