  CHARLESWORTH
  
  Hazel Irene Charlesworth, 90, of Sipesville, died May 13, 2000, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born July 20, 1909, in Milford Township, daughter of Edward
  Kuhlman and Laura Jane (Weimer) Kuhlman.  Preceded in death by father,
  mother Laura Jane (Weimer) Kuhlman Stern, husband Harry Samuel "Slim"
  Charlesworth, who died Jan. 31, 1976, son Joseph E. Charlesworth, grandson
  Gary L. Charlesworth, and three brothers Park, Marcus and Theodore
  Kuhlman.  Survived by children Harry S. Charlesworth Jr., married to the
  former Joy Caban of Port Clinton, Ohio, Mrs. William R. (Monnia Lea)
  Hoffman of Sipesville, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a
  great-great-granddaughter.  Member of St. John's United Methodist Church
  and Sipesville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.  Employed by Bender Shoe Co.,
  retiring in 1974 with 22 years service.  Friends will be received from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (Monday) at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Horne,
  Somerset.  Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at St. John's United
  Methodist Church.  Viewing will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the
  service at the church.  The Rev. Barry K. Ritenour officiating.  Interment,
  Casebeer Cemetery.  Contributions, can be sent to St. John's United Methodist
