"Bugsy" Charlton, 49, of Stoystown (Koontztown) died Nov. 19, 1997, at Good Samaritan Nursing Care Center, Johnstown. Born Aug. 29, 1948, in Somerset. Son of Grace (Foster) Charlton of Stoystown and the late Richard Charlton. Also preceded in death by brothers Jackie, Donny and Eddie. Also survived by his wife of 28 years, the former Mary Jane Delancey; children: John Jr. of Coatesville, Theresa of Stoystown, and Veronica, married to Michael Baldwin, of Kantner; grandchildren: Brayden, Taylor, Kayla and Damion, and brothers, Thomas and Barry, both of Stoystown, and Jerry of Friedens. Formerly employed by Kern Bros. Lumber. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Dearer Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev.
