  CHIN
  
  Shee Y. "James" Chin, 64, of Friedens, formerly of Stoystown RD 3, went to
  be with the Lord on March 4, 1998, at Veterans Administration Medical
  Center, Pittsburgh.  Born May 5, 1933, in Canton Province, China.  Preceded
  in death by his first wife, Betty K. Chin.  Survived by his second wife, the
  former Evelyn Wright Bender, and these stepchildren: Gerald Richard Criswell
  Jr., married to the former Phyllis Paradis, Bradenville; Laura Wright
  Ingram, Debra Wright Akin and Jennifer Wright Flores, all of California;
  John Wright of Ohio.  Grandchildren: Cheri Greene, Dawn Schall and Wade
  Criswell; eight step-grand-children; three great-grandchildren.  He was a
  former owner of Chin's Ceramics and Income Tax Service.  Navy veteran of
  the Korean Conflict.  Member and former chapter commander of D.A.V.  Family
  will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with Revs. J.
  Wesley Spahn and Keith M. Fink officiating.  Interment, Odd Fellows
  Cemetery, Stoystown.
