Born Oct. 27, 1918, in Johnstown, daughter of late John and Victoria (Rupar) Muzia. Preceded in death by three infant brothers. Survived by husband, Andrew, and these children: Helen, wife of Edward Polefko, Houston, Texas; Andrew J., married to former Erma Claypool, Kensington, Md.; Thomas, married to former Donna Klonicke, Central City; Stephen, Silver Spring, Md.; Michael, married to former Joanne Monko, Central City, and Lillian, wife of George Mitchell, Central City; also 12 grandchildren. Sister of Viola, Philip and Andrew, all of Detroit; John, Central City; Victoria, Brooklyn, N. Y.; Alice, Johnstown; Louise, Windber, and Nancy, North Carolina; also survived by number of nieces and nephews. Former employee of Bestform Foundations, Windber. Member of Central City Senior Citizens. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, where brief service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Central City, the Rev. Msgr. I. C. Wadas. Interment, church cemetery. Vigil service will be held at 8 p.m. today at funeral home. In lieu of flowers, family requests friends may contribute to Our Lady's Burse.
