  Mary Kathryn "Sue" (Blank) Chisholm, 91, Jerome, formerly of Hooversville,
  died Nov. 11, 2004, at UPMC Lee Regional, Johnstown.  Born Aug. 12, 1913, in
  Quemahoning Township, daughter of Irwin J. and Ida M. (Meyers) Blank.
  Preceded in death by parents; husband of 44 years, Irvin D. "Bud" Chisholm
  who died Nov. 21, 1984; brother, Willard Berkebile and sister, Vera Kilmer.
  Survived by a niece, Susan Ann, married to Robert Grove, Illinois; and a
  nephew, Joseph R. Kilmer and wife, Peggy, Brockway, and their children:
  Chris and David Grove, Sara Scanland and Joseph R. Kilmer Jr.  Also survived
  by beloved cousins: Alene (McKenna) Clark, Michigan, and Dolores (McKenna)
  Berkebile, Hooversville; and other cousins, nieces and nephews.  Graduate of
  Hooversville High School and Cosmetology School.  She formerly owned and
  operated a beauty shop in her residence for 20 years.  Member of Trinity
  Lutheran Church, Hooversville, Hooversville Senior Citizens, Historical
  Society and VFW Auxiliary.  No visitation or viewing.  A memorial service
  will be held at a later date.  Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home,
  Hooversville.
