  CHITESTER
  
  Fred L. Chitester, 72, of Confluence, died Monday, Oct. 6, 1980, at the
  Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born Nov. 4, 1907, in May, W.Va, a
  son of the late Malcolm W. and Mary M. (Currence) Chitester.  Preceded in
  death by his wife, Marion E. (Lang) Chitester.  Survived by two brothers:
  Edwin L. of Crowley, Tex.; and Malcolm W. of Ohio.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence
  where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev.
  Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Point Marion Endowed Cemetery, Point
  Marion, Pa.
