    Raymond Anthony Christe, 52, Bakersville, passed on Jan. 22, 2008, at Memorial Medical
  Center in Johnstown. Born Dec. 2, 1955, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Robert
  Leon "Berto" Christe and Pauline (Luckage) Christe, Bakersville. He is survived by his
  mother; sons, Anthony James Christe and Jesse Ray Christe, Lavansville; special friend,
  Sharon (Frazier) Christe, Lavansville; brothers, Sgt. Maj. Robert L. Christe and wife,
  Gloria, Uniontown;  and Ricardo V. Christe, Bakersville; and nephew,  Robert W. "Bubby"
  Christe, Tucson, Ariz. Left to cherish their memory of him are his aunts, uncles,
  cousins, and many friends. He was a 1974 graduate of Somerset Area High School and was
  employed for 34 years by W.W. Friedline Trucking in Somerset. He was a member of the
  Somerset VFW Post 556 and the FOE Aerie 1801. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held at 12:30
  p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Elisa Osman  officiating. Interment at St. Michaels Cemetery in
  Listie.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 3093 Glades
  Pike, Somerset, PA 15501.
