  CHRISTNER
  
  Charles H. Christner, 83, of Garrett, died Jan. 4, 1976 in Berlin.  Born
  May 5, 1892, in Somerset County, a son of Lewis and Eliza (Walters)
  Christner.  Survived by these brothers and sisters: Estella Buckman;
  Beulah, wife of Charles W. Martin; and Mary, wife of Stover C. Meyer, all
  of Somerset; Albert, of Garrett and William of Pittsburgh.  Deceased
  brothers and sisters are Sylvester, Edgar, Eva Martin, and Pearl Murray. 
  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a retired coal miner. 
  Friends received after 7 p.m. Monday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home
  where service will be conducted Tuesday 1 p.m. Rev. H. James Meyers
  officiating.  Interment I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin.
