  EDNA CHRISTNER
  
  Edna Christner, 85, died March 26, 1987, at her home in Elk Lick Township. 
  She was born Sept. 30, 1901, at McMinnville, Oregon a daughter of the late
  David Y. and Elizabeth (Christner) Miller.  Also preceded in death by
  husbands Amos Slabaugh and Levi Christner.
  She is survived by sons, Rufus Slabaugh, of Guthrie, Kentucky; Joseph
  Slabaugh, of Grantsville, Md.; daughters Mrs. Ida (Joseph) Beer, of
  Cattlet, VA; Mrs. Annie (Amos) Zook, of Meyersdale; Mrs. Elizabeth (Wilmer)
  Yoder, of Salisbury.  She was the sister of Jacob Miller, of Stuarts Draft,
  VA; Enos Miller, of Mifflinburg; Mrs. Susannah Yoder, of Meyersdale. Also
  survived by 32 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and ten stepchildren.
  She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church, of Summit Mills.
  Services were held Friday at 10 a.m. at the Old Order Amish Church with
  Noah J. Yoder officiating.  Interment, Summit Mills Amish Cemetery.
