  KATHLEEN HILDA CHRISTNER 
  
  Kathleen Hilda Christner, 80, 70 Grant St., Salisbury, died Aug. 9, 2004,
  at the Resh home in Confluence.  Born Feb. 25, 1924, in Coal Run, she is the
  daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Hinebaugh) Hotchkiss.  She is
  preceded in death by her husband, Everett Fay Christner; son, Roger; four
  brothers: Leroy, Harold, Bill and Fay; two sisters: Ethel Hotchkiss and
  Shirley Engle; and a granddaughter, Lisa.  She is survived by two sons,
  David, Birdsboro; and Randy, Meyersdale; one daughter, Sherry Ross,
  Somerset; one sister, Elaine Franklin, Meyersdale; 11 grandchildren and 10
  great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Christner was a homemaker.  Friends will be
  received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc.,
  9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury where funeral service will be conducted
  1 p.m. Wednesday.  The Rev. Paul H. Yoder officiating.  Interment, Salisbury
