  LEWIS CHRISTNER
  
    Lewis C. Christner, 48, Frostburg RD 2, died May 5 at University Medical
  Center, Morgantown.
    Born Aug. 26, 1918, on Meyersdale RD 4, he was a son of Clarence and Mary
  (Knepp) Christner, who survive.
    Also surviving are his wife, the former Annabelle Walker, and three
  children, Paris L., Bonnie Lou and Cheryl Ann, all at home: also two
  brothers, Lester L., Frostburg RD 2; C. Eugene, Cumberland; and a sister,
  Mrs. Wayne Stone, Meyersdale RD 4.
    An employee of Kelly-Springfield Tire Company, Cumberland, for 21 years,
  he was a veteran of World War II, and a member of White Oak Lutheran church.
    Funeral service was held at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, on Monday
  afternoon, with Rev. Charles E. Staub officiating.  Interment was made in
  White Oak cemetery.
