  CHRISTNER
  
  Mary Edna Christner, 74, of Salisbury, formerly of Meyersdale, died Nov.
  14, 1995, at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Johnstown.  She was born April
  3, 1921, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Eddie and Emma (Meyers)
  Combs.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J., and a daughter,
  Edna "Polly."  She is survived by a daughter, Irene, married to Jon Brown
  of Salisbury; three grandchildren: Mike Brown, Pamara Bernard and Eddie
  Christner, and three great-grandchildren.  Member of Zion Lutheran Church,
  Meyersdale VFW and American Legion auxiliaries, and Salisbury Fire
  Department.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday
  in the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be held at 11
  a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Randall Marburger officiating.  Interment, Union
  Cemetery.
