  CHRISTNER
  
  Paul J. Christner, 71, Salisbury, died March 24, 1988, at Veterans
  Hospital, Oakland.  Born July 20, 1916, in Summit Township, a son of the
  late Urias J. and Sevilla (Coleman) Christner.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Anna Bertha Gnagey; daughter, Mrs. Trudy Hetrick, Bridgeport, W.Va.;
  and two grandsons.  Brother of Mrs. Lucy Wright, Frostburg, Md.  He was a
  veteran of the U.S. Army, World War II, a member of the American Legion and
  the VFW.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Friday at Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale.  Memorial service will be conducted noon Saturday at Meyersdale
  Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Richard Hanley officiating.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the
  American Heart Association.
