  CHRISTNER
  
  Robert C. "Brown Bottle" Christner, 60, of Meyersdale died March 29, 2001,
  in Meyersdale.  Born Aug. 29, 1940, a son of the late Clyde F. Christner
  and Emma Irene (Housel) Christner.  He was preceded in death by a brother,
  Clyde Christner Jr. and a sister Margaret (Peggy) Butler.  Surviving are
  his wife, Clara (Oester) Christner; a son, Jeffrey of Meyersdale; a sister,
  Betty Brocht of Meyersdale; a brother Kenneth Christner and wife Linda of
  Meyersdale, and many nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Leckemby Funeral Home where service will
  be held at 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor Albert Valentine officiating. 
  Interment, Union Cemetery.
