  George J. Cigan, Windber, 78, died Aug. 27, 1995.  Member of SS. Peter and
  Paul Orthodox Church, Windber.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber.  Brief service at 9:30
  a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. at
  SS. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church.
