ANNE ROSE CLARK

  Mrs. Anne Rose Clark, widow of the late John H. Clark, died at her home on 
Broadway, Meyersdale, Friday, Nov. 12, after a brief illness.  She was a native 
of Ireland, and was 66 years of age at her death.  She is survived by the 
following children: Mrs. William L. Stillson, Canal Zone; Mrs. Irvin Purnell, 
Occoquan, Va.; Francis Clark, Akron; Brady Clark, Occoquan, Va.; John and 
Donald, at home, and by nine grandchildren.  Mrs. Clark was a member of the 
American Legion Auxiliary and the Ladies Guild of SS. Philip and James Church.
  Funeral services were conducted in SS. Philip and James Church at 9 a.m., 
Monday.  Interment was made in Catholic Cemetery, under direction of R. Reich & 
Son.
