  MRS. HAZEL M. CLARK
  
    Mrs. Hazel M. Clark, 64, of Canton, Ohio, formerly of Berlin, died
  September 19, 1976 in Canton.
    She was born May 27, 1912 in Acosta, the daughter of the late Herman and
  Elsie (Shaffer) Bittner.
    She was preceded in death by husband, Carl F. Clark in 1970, and a
  brother Luther; survived by two sons: Luther C., Berlin; Ralph J., Bedford,
  Ohio; two daughters: Mrs. Robert (Doris) Yekel, Canton, Ohio; and Mrs. Norma
  G. Durst, Masontown, Pa., 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
    She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin, and the
  Rebekah Lodge.
    The Rebekah Memorial Service was held Tuesday at Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Townsend Funeral
  Home, Masontown, Pa. with the Rev. Charles W. Sigler officiating the
  service.  Interment, Lafayette Memorial Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa.
