Born Aug. 26, 1906 in Hooversville, daughter of Adam C. and Vida (Wagner) Berkebile. Preceded in death by parents, husband Alvin, to whom she was married for 59 years, brothers Paul and Garner Berkebile, sisters Emma Veres, Frances Faulkner and Lois Peterman. Survived by daughter Lillian, married to Charles Stufft, Hooversville, son Adam J., married to the former Fayann Mostoller, Harrisburg, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. She was a life member of the Hooversville United Methodist Church, where she served as a pianist for many years. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville, where service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. William Blair officiating.
