  William H. Clark, 59, of Allison Park, Pa., died Feb. 27, 1983.  Husband of
  Sally Clark, father of Valerie Whelan and William H. II, brother of the late
  Paul Clark, also two grandsons.  Previously district manager of Nationwide
  Insurance in Somerset.  Friends were being received in Neely's, [?] 18 Mt.
  Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, [?] Services in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 
  11 a.m. Wednesday.
