  CLAWSON
  
  Joel Christopher Clawson, 20, of Jennerstown, died Dec. 8, 1979.  Born May
  11, 1959 in Pittsburgh, son of Rodney E. and Christine (Kostas) Clawson. 
  Survived by parents, and sister, Ann Reynea, Salisbury, N.C.; also maternal
  grandmother, Mrs. Ann Kostas of Carnegie.  Member of Boswell Covenant
  Presbyterian Church; 1977 graduate of North Star High School; student at
  Slippery Rock State College; and currently a ski instructor at Hidden
  Valley Ski Resort.  Friends received from noon to 9 p.m. Monday at Joseph
  H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.  Body will lie in
  state from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Covenant
  Presbyterian Church, the Rev. W. James Legge.  Interment, Beam Cemetery. 
  No viewing at the church.  In lieu of flowers family request memorial be
  sent to Ski School Scholarship Fund, in care of Joseph Cabe, Hidden Valley,
  RD 4, Somerset. 15501.
