  CLAY
  
  Orval Clay, 72, of Addison RD 1 died Oct. 12, 1976, in Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born June 12, 1904, in St. Louis, Mo., the son
  of the late Claude and Lillian (Courtail) Clay.  Preceded in death by his
  wife, the former Ethel Schlecht.  Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Carol Briar
  of Trafford; and a brother, Carl Clay, and a sister, Zelda Kleinshmidt,
  both of St. Louis, Mo.  Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral
  Home in Confluence after 7 p.m. today, where funeral services will be held
  Friday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. McCurtis Allison officiating.  Interment,
  Addison Cemetery.
