  Gladys V. Claycomb, 91, of Somerset, died July 28, 1999, at Conemaugh
  Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born April 17, 1908, in Des Moines,
  Iowa.  Daughter of the late Richard Oliver and Cora Viola (McFadden)
  Chamberlain.  In addition to parents, preceded in death by husband, William
  H. Claycomb, who died Nov. 10, 1989.  Survived by children, grandchildren,
  great-grandchildren, one brother, and numerous nieces and nephews.  There
  will be a private service Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, the
  Rev. George W. Walton officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  Family requests that flowers be omitted and that contributions be
  made to the charity of your choice.
