  CLEMENS
  
  Wilbur M. Clemens, 58, Berlin, died Nov. 5, 1988, at Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born March 18, 1930, in Reading, son of Robert and Susan
  (Stoudt) Clemens.  Preceded in death by parents; sisters: Elsie and Ruth;
  brothers: Leland and Harry.  Survived by his wife, the former Lana Jean
  Dickey; these step-children: Beth Ann Bittner, Berlin RD 3; Daniel Bittner,
  Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.; Eric and Robert Bittner, both at home.  He
  is the brother of: Carolyn Hartranft, William D., Earl R., and Ralph, all
  of Reading.  He is a Korean War Veteran and retired staff sergeant from the
  U.S. Air Force.  He is retired from Snyder of Berlin.  Member of the Berlin
  American Legion Post 445 and the Salisbury VFW.  Family will receive
  friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, BERLIN, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Wednesday, with the Rev. Melvin A. Kirk Jr. officiating.  Interment,
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
